Gold & Silver Evaluation : All gold and silver items are evaluated based on purity, weight, condition, and the prevailing market rate at the time of the transaction. The final price offered is determined solely after a complete evaluation..
Pricing & Payment : The quoted value is valid only at the time of evaluation and may change with market fluctuations. Once the customer accepts the quoted price, payment will be made through Cash, NEFT, IMPS, RTGS, or any other approved payment method, subject to applicable regulations.
Customer Identification : Customers must provide valid KYC documents such as Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Passport, Driving Licence, or any other government-approved identification as required by law.
Right to Refuse Service : Ganapa Gold Company reserves the right to decline or cancel any transaction if the submitted items are suspected to be stolen, counterfeit, illegally obtained, or if the required documentation is incomplete.
Compliance with Laws : All transactions are conducted in accordance with applicable laws and government regulations. Customers agree to cooperate with any verification procedures required by regulatory authorities.
